‘Crossings’ charts the intimate journey of two worlds colliding at a bus stop, where two dancers find Home in each other. A playful and poetic dance short exploring the global themes of migration and belonging. 

A duet, which explores the things inside ourselves, which holds us back. A woman stands her crutches (her way to move) attached to someone else. This duet paths her journey as she faces her inner self and frees herself from the attachments, which are holding her back. I am a woman is a collaboration between Jessie Brett and Meseret Yirga. An all woman project which was performed in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa Ethiopia.
